Viraj Syntex Pvt. Ltd., an
ISO 9001:2000 certified company, established
in 1994, is engaged in manufacturing of various kinds
of Webbings, Tapes, Ribbons, Elastic Tapes and Braided
Cords, Ropes and other Textile items made in Nylon,
Polypropylene, Polyester and Cotton material. All these
products are
manufactured on high tech machines imported from Europe
and Taiwan. We have well trained workmen to work, in-house
dyeing machines and laboratory to keep check on quality.
We
are in weaving, braiding and textile business since
three generations and our present Directors have
over 50 years of working experience in Textile Industry.
Presently, we have been supplying various kinds of
Tapes, Webbings, Cords, Ropes, Elastic Tapes etc.
to almost all the Saddlery Exporters in Kanpur for
the past several years and also to Garment Sector,
Luggage
Sector, Footwear and Shipping Sector. In India, we
are one of the leading manufacturers of the above-mentioned
items used in parachutes and other safety equipments
used by Indian Defence Organisations.
We
are established and registered supplier of these
items with our products matching related specifications.
Expansion
Programme
As we are located in the city of Kanpur, the heart
of Equestrian accessories production in India and
also have been regularly supplying lot of Synthetic
Tapes, Webbings and Cords to the Saddlery Traders/Exporters in our city, we have
now diversified our manufacturing activities and we
are now manufacturing & exporting equestrian accessories
using the Synthetic Tapes, Webbings and Cords produced
in house.
Since
our entry in export market in 2002, we have added valuable
customers based in UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium,
Holland, France, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, USA,
South Africa and Australia.
To
streamline all the above activities, we have good support
of our Associate companies/associates Rajiv Udyog & Swaraj
International specializing in fabrication work
of made up textile items for more than two decades. |
